A leading hospitality company located in the United Kingdom is looking for a Property Accounting Analyst to manage and analyze a £4bn+ fixed asset portfolio. In this role, you will process transactions and support strategic decisions within a dynamic finance team. Qualifications

  • Broad finance experience covering period close, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Processing fixed asset transactions, including impairments, transfers, and disposals.
  • Preparing and reviewing journals for depreciation, accruals.
  • Supporting monthly reporting, audits, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Reviewing the Fixed Asset Register for accurate depreciation.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and Financial Control Framework.
  • Supporting process improvements and documentation updates.

What you will be doing
  • Processing fixed asset transactions, including impairments, transfers, and disposals
  • Preparing and reviewing journals for depreciation, accruals
  • Supporting monthly reporting, audits, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reviewing the Fixed Asset Register to ensure accurate depreciation and residual values
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and the Financial Control Framework
  • Supporting end-to-end process improvements and documentation updates
What you need
  • Broad finance experience covering period close, financial planning, and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle (optimised) and Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to support fixed asset projects and related initiatives
