We’re thrilled to be supporting a UK live events organisation in hiring a Promoter’s Associate to work closely with the senior team on the delivery of tours, shows, and events across a variety of venues.

Please Note: This is not an entry-level position

This role is suited to someone with prior experience in live events or touring operations who is ready to take on increased responsibility, support senior promoters, and contribute to the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously.

You’ll play a key role in the promotions workflow - supporting communications, administration, and operational tasks to ensure events are delivered efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist a senior promoter with administration, calendars, and project coordination.
  • Support budget tracking, reporting, and other financial tasks.
  • Help coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activity.
  • Monitor ticketing and event performance, flagging opportunities or issues.
  • Manage guest lists, allocations, and liaise with external partners.
  • Assist with logistics, travel arrangements, and on-the-day support.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems.
  • Contribute to team discussions, ad hoc projects, and event planning.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Has experience in live events, touring, or promotions.
  • Experience with logistics, programming, tour routing, and heavy organisation
  • Strong admin background - proficient with general office tools, Excel spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and able to form relationships
  • Comfortable with occasional evening or weekend work - its the events industry!
  • A passion for the industry and a great personality are very important
