Job summary

Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Norwich team. You will coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion, working with engineers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Obtain quotations and assist with project cost tracking.
• Order materials and equipment.
• Prepare project documentation, including health and safety records.
• Maintain client and project records.
• Assist with invoicing and contract administration.
• Support the production of operation and maintenance manuals.
• Visit customer sites to support project delivery and reporting.

No two days are the same.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the planning and coordination of installation projectsLiaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teamsObtaining quotations and assisting with project cost trackingOrdering materials and equipmentPreparing project documentation, including health and safety recordsMaintaining client and project recordsAssisting with invoicing and contract administrationSupporting the production of operation and maintenance manualsVisiting customer sites to support project delivery and reportingYou'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly, ensuring information is accurate, documentation is complete, and deadlines are met.What We're Looking ForWe're less concerned about previous refrigeration or air conditioning experience and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude and organisational skills.
