Job summary

Adcock is seeking a Projects Coordinator to help coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion. You will work alongside our Projects and Contracts Managers, gaining hands-on experience in project and contract management with full training and clear progression opportunities.

No two days are the same. You will liaise with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, prepare documentation, track costs, order materials, and support invoicing

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done.
• Full, valid driving licence for driving in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Obtain quotations and assist with project cost tracking.
• Order materials and equipment; prepare project documentation including health and safety records.
• Maintain client and project records; assist with invoicing and contract administration.
• Support production of operation and maintenance manuals; site visits to support delivery and reporting.
