Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in Chelmsford is looking for a Projects Coordinator to help coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion. You’ll work alongside our Projects and Contracts Managers, gaining hands-on experience in project and contract management with full training and clear progression opportunities.

• Confident communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

• Proactive problem solving and taking initiative.
• Full, valid UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in project administration or coordination is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and coordination of installation projects.
• Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Obtaining quotations and assisting with project cost tracking.
• Ordering materials and equipment.
• Preparing project documentation, including health and safety records.
• Maintaining client and project records.
• Assisting with invoicing and contract administration.
• Supporting the production of operation and maintenance manuals.
• Visiting customer sites to support project delivery and reporting.
