Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Obtain quotations and assist with project cost tracking.
• Order materials and equipment and prepare project documentation including health and safety records.
• Maintain client and project records and assist with invoicing and contract administration.
• Support the production of operation and maintenance manuals and visit customer sites to support delivery.
