Job summary

Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is recruiting a full-time Projects Coordinator in Northampton to manage HVAC, refrigeration and installation projects from quotation through to completion.

You will support planning, liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, obtain quotes, order materials and track costs, and prepare project documentation including health and safety records. Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Confident communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done.
• Experience in project administration, coordination or scheduling would be beneficial, but not essential.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate refrigeration and air conditioning installation projects from quotation to completion.
• Support the planning of installations and liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Obtain quotations, order materials and track project costs.
• Prepare project documentation, including health and safety records, and maintenance manuals.
• Visit customer sites to support project delivery and reporting.
