Are you a Project Coordinator, Projects Administrator or Contracts Administrator looking to build a long-term career in project and contract management, with full training and clear progression in a supportive team?

With over sixty years' experience in their sector, this company is known for delivering a high standard of service and creating a great place to work. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an organised coordinator to support their Projects and Contracts Managers.

In this role you will help plan and coordinate installation projects, liaise with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, raise and compare quotations, order materials, maintain project records and support health & safety documentation, invoicing and contract administration. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and looking to develop a career in project coordination, contract administration and project management.

The Role:

• Coordinate HVAC / refrigeration / air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion


• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

The Person:
