Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking a Works Project Administrator to support project delivery. You will coordinate admin tasks, liaise with customers and contractors, and assist with documentation and travel arrangements for substation projects.

The role requires a business administration qualification, strong planning and communication skills, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. On-site work with some regulatory compliance duties is involved.

Qualifications

• Business Management or Administration qualification required.
• Strong administration skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to SP Energy Networks.
• Conduct health and safety walkarounds and complete documentation.
• Arrange security passes for new agency staff and returns for leavers.
