Overview

KCHFT Dental Services is a provider of NHS dental services across East Kent and London. Our ethos centres on excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Senior Project Coordinator and clinical teams delivering community outreach programmes.
  • Coordinate appointments with schools, nurseries, residential homes and other establishments.
  • Ensure stock replenishment for supervised tooth‑brushing activities.
  • Manage and prioritise workload independently, working as part of a team and directing enquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Act as a professional contact point for all enquiries, demonstrating tact, diplomacy and empathy.
  • Travel across London to support clinical staff with fluoride‑varnish and other outreach programmes as needed.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and safety in day‑to‑day project administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK – does not meet the criteria for skilled‑worker sponsorship (must provide documentary evidence).
  • Full UK driving licence if driving is a requirement for the role.
  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or community setting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and under pressure in a busy environment.
Employment Details
