Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Program Manager in the United Kingdom to lead large and complex engagements, providing technical leadership to delivery teams and customers. The role focuses on designing scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions, aligning with long-term objectives, integrating ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, and applying AI to streamline processes and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) and PMP/Prince2 certifications.
• PM certifications.
• Experience leading large, complex engagements and delivery teams with strong technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures, including AI integration for decision-making and problem solving.
• Facilitate workshops, assess as-is processes and define to-be technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and generate insights for strategic initiatives.
• Review and validate deliverables: configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and associates, driving quality and customer value.

• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
