Job summary

Vallum Associates in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Program Manager to lead large-scale engagements and delivery teams. You will provide technical leadership to customers and design scalable ServiceNow workflows aligned with long-term objectives.

The role requires certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS; PMP/Prince II) and a proven track record in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, integrations, and delivering innovative AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services / ServiceNow project management.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Proven ability to lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
