Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a senior ServiceNow Projects Leader to drive delivery on complex engagements. You will oversee technical teams, design scalable workflows, and guide customers toward long-term objectives with architecture-aligned solutions.

You will conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and apply AI to streamline workstreams while ensuring high-quality deliverables and value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow project management experience.
• Certifications: CSA/CAD/CIS, PMP or Prince II.
• Experience leading large, complex engagements and delivery teams.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures aligned to long-term objectives.
• Ability to conduct workshops and assess current-state processes.
• Experience applying AI to streamline workflows and generate insights.
• Review, guide and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associates to ensure high quality and value realization.

Responsibilities
