Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced ServiceNow Programme Lead to steer professional services engagements and complex delivery teams. You will provide technical leadership across ServiceNow projects, design scalable workflows, and integrate AI into work processes to meet long-term objectives.

Responsibilities include running workshops, assessing current-state processes, validating deliverables, and mentoring Engagement Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow projects management experience.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows, integration design.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex engagements and delivery teams with technical guidance.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures including AI integration.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support initiatives.
• Review and validate deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement to improve solution quality and customer value realization.
