You’ll oversee the full delivery process — from pre‑start through to handover — ensuring the works are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of overall site delivery, health & safety, programme, and quality.
• Liaise with the client, design team, and supply chain to coordinate works efficiently.
• Manage site meetings, progress reporting, and subcontractor performance.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure works are compliant with specification and regulations.
• Ensure all site documentation and QA is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing façade or cladding projects.
• Proven track record delivering schemes up to £1–2m in value.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification.
• Excellent client communication and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of recladding compliance, fire safety, and building control standards
