About You

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead from the front, taking charge of complex projects and managing a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. You should be exceptionally organised, with strong numerical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. An interest in the latest trends in beauty and fashion merchandising is a plus, but your primary strength should be in driving projects to successful completion. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other project management tools are essential.

Role Brief

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our pre‑production management team. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customer merchandise requirements, liaising with factories for pricing and samples, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will also manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, guiding them to achieve their project goals and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large‑scale projects from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Obtain customer brief information and act as a soundboard for customer ideas.
  • Negotiate the best pricing for customer specifications with suppliers / manufacturers.
  • Manage bespoke sample production and relay feedback to suppliers / manufacturers.Keep customers updated with critical paths and sampling timelines.
  • Produce detailed mass production briefs for production and logistics teams.
  • Manage our CRM / PM tools to keep project information up to date in real‑time.
IT Experience
  • Proficient in internal CRM / Project Management Tools.
  • Advanced use of Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Location

This role is primarily remote, with occasional days in a London-based office.

Hours

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary

£34,000 - £37,000 + Bonus / Commission
