Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment and retrofit programmes across Hertfordshire, delivering improvements to social housing stock while minimising disruption to residents. You will oversee site teams, budgets, programmes and client relationships from pre-construction through to completion.

The role requires proven Project Management experience in construction, with a strong focus on occupied/live environments, safety leadership, and stakeholder

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of retrofit and refurbishment projects within occupied social housing environments. Managing schemes from pre-construction through to completion, you'll oversee site teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring minimal disruption to .

• Leading operational delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong background in refurbishment, planned works, retrofit, or social housing projects.
• Experience delivering projects within occupied or live environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and programme management capability.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
