Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London specialises in social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects across the region. You will lead site teams, liaise with tenants, and oversee subcontractors to keep works on track.

Based near Barnsley with radius travel to sites, you will drive progress reporting to the senior team and ensure high standards on Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Roofing and Repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, and maintenance.
• UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly.
• Travel between sites while communicating with the senior team and reporting progress.
• Survey a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
• Work on social housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
