Job summary

Boden Group in Greater London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and minor works across a live operational estate. You’ll manage multiple projects from inception to handover, coordinating building fabric and M&E works, with programmes, budgets and risk management at the core.

The role demands strong client-facing reporting, proactive safety and procurement leadership, and a permanent position with a salary of £55,000–£60,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects across building fabric and M&E disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, cost control and risk management.
• Good technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
• Knowledge of CDM, Building Regulations and construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing contractors, procurement, variations and project budgets.
• Strong client-facing, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
• NVQ Level 6, SMSTS, CSCS Black Manager Card, NEC4 knowledge or relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
