Job summary

Bridgeman Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee social housing, retrofit and renewable energy projects. You will manage projects from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and quality.

Responsibilities include leading Site Managers and subcontractors, coordinating heating/plumbing/electrical works, monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, property services or social housing.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit works.
• Renewable energy experience (ASHP, heating or decarbonisation) advantageous.
• Strong commercial and programme-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
• Relevant construction qualification such as SMSTS, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS card preferred.

• Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales.
• Manage handovers, defects and completion documentation.
