Are you an experienced Project Manager from the

automatic, doors, gates, barriers, turnstiles or perimeter security (or similar) industry ? Are you looking for a role where your technical knowledge and delivery skills will genuinely make a difference?

RETAIND are recruiting for a hugely successful, growing, well-established company, who are seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing full project lifecycle for automatic gates, barriers, turnstiles, doors, and access control installations
• Planning and coordinating site surveys, RAMS, installation schedules, and all project documentation
• Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
• Tracking progress across multiple projects, ensuring budgets, timescales and quality standards are met
• Ensuring all works comply with UK safety standards and current industry regulations (including DHF, EN standards, etc.)
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing clear communication and professional updates throughout

Experience & Skills required

• Background within automatic gates, doors, barriers, bollards, or related perimeter security systems
• Strong project management capability within a technical, engineering or security environment
• Confident communicator with excellent coordination and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
• A Full UK driving licence
