A leading consultancy firm based in Oxford is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead vital Change Management and transformation projects. You will have a background in Project Management within a consultancy environment, with a focus on process improvements and operational reviews. The role requires travel to client sites in the UK, and there are opportunities for foreign travel as well. Ideal candidates are adaptable and thrive in challenging project environments.

Qualifications

With these presently challenging times, consultancies will be more important than ever to provide their Change Management expertise. My client is looking for a Project Manager to help spearhead their consultants on vital transformation and Change Management projects. You will have Project Management experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, where your expertise lies within Change Management and Transformation. It will also be highly beneficial if you have a background involving process improvements and operational reviews.

My client has a fantastic range of clients within all sectors, so you will enjoy a mixture of experience and challenging projects within the Change Management field.

With this being a consultancy, and underlining your importance as a Project Manager, you will be required to travel to client sites and realistically be prepared to be based on the project site from Monday to Thursday. Whilst the majority of projects are UK based, there is also a wonderful opportunity for foreign travel.

As this is predominately a client site based role - your home location does not need to be near to my client's office. Although on some occasions you will be required to attend the office for the odd internal meeting.
