What does the role involve?

Working as part of the Change Management team, you'll be accountable for planning, directing, and managing change projects within our Vehicle Solutions division. Your work will be varied, with a wide range of projects in decarbonisation and digitisation. You'll be working closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver quality and minimise risk that ensures this project is delivered on time and within budget.

This role is based out of our Newbury office, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Leading project planning, scheduling, controlling and reporting activities to ensuring that comprehensive project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained and issues are actively managed through to successful resolution
  • Delivering effective communication to all stakeholders to support effective decision-making, providing project status updates and managing the smooth and integrated delivery of the project
  • Identifying and developing efficiencies within the project team, ensuring that processes and procedures are well documented and policy is continually updated and revised
  • Determine, monitor and review all elements of the project, including costs, staffing requirements, project resources, and project risk, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements supported by appropriate reporting
What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role you'll join us as an experienced Project Manager and someone who has delivered large scale projects. Your key strengths will be planning, communication and the desire to really integrate into the team, rolling your sleeves up to ensure we work collaboratively to deliver this project successfully. Experience of working with the Financial Services industry, automotive / vehicle leasing is not essential for this role but would be an advantage.
