• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure; ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Results oriented with a hands-on mentality.

• Support the Head of MTiS in maintaining financial processes and progress reporting.
• Ensure all projects are successfully completed, delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal project teams and external partners for flawless project execution.
• Highlight risks and issues, provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• You manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You coordinate and carry out the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and associated budgets.
• You support the Head of MTiS in maintaining financial processes, progress reporting, resource management and administrative processes
• You ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget
• You are responsible for the coordination of internal project team and external partners for the flawless execution of projects
• You highlight risks and issues, put mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For

• You have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent client‑facing and internal presentation skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure; ability to adhere to deadlines
• Results oriented with a hands‑on mentality
