A growing consultancy with a strong regional presence is seeking a Project Manager to join their Leeds office. The Project Manager will be delivering a wide range of commercial and residential schemes across Yorkshire, with values from £5m up to £40m.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well‑supported team, where you'll work across the full project lifecycle and gain direct exposure to high‑value, complex builds. The Project Manager will work with experienced colleagues and benefit from a structured development programme.

The Project Manager’s Role

The Project Manager will oversee feasibility studies, manage contract administration and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The role includes both office and site‑based responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Construction‑related degree (e.g. BSc Project Management, Quantity Surveying)
  • 2‑4 years in a consultancy environment
  • Comfortable delivering small to mid‑size projects independently
  • Working towards APM, RICS or CIOB
