The M&A Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and other strategic transactions we do from time to time. You’ll be responsible for the planning, working with and execution of post-merger integration (PMI) projects and for their successful delivery. You’ll be a pro-active project manager and a team player who is able to work with all functions across the whole of Causeway to help deliver key integration objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for delivering.
You will be required to work closely with all Causeway functions who have a diverse set of personalities. The candidate will need to be able to form strong relationships to be a success in this role as we drive different function towards a shared objective. The role is a crucial member of the team in order to report back to the board on the progress of the business we are acquiring which forms a key part of our growth strategy.
