The Project Manager will oversee the tactical development and execution of capital projects and minor works. This includes managing project teams, ensuring compliance and governance, and developing supply chain strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth through successful project execution.
• Manage resources and delivery models to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee commercial governance, compliance, and risk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of service through best practice implementation.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance.
• Achieve compliance across audits and health & safety standards.

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in a technical or management field.
• Recognised project management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APMP, PMP).
• Background in construction, engineering, or built environment.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within building projects or facilities management.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at £3m or more.
• Commercial awareness and resource optimisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• High standards in quality, safety, and operational performance.
