Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of two major projects:
  • ICE Exchange Data Onboarding
  • Prime Cloud Infrastructure Upgrade (serverless migration from legacy tech stack)
  • Manage project lifecycle using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Establish and maintain governance structures including monthly governance calls
  • Define and track delivery plans, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with business and data market teams to onboard exchange data and validate downstream processes
  • Ensure SOX compliance through accurate data integration and process alignment
  • Work with vendors to develop and execute infrastructure upgrade plans
  • Drive clarity in project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Challenge delivery teams constructively to ensure effectiveness and accountability
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable plans and documentation
  • Support implementation for the Trading & Sales (T&S) business unit
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven delivery of infrastructure upgrades and data onboarding projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure to undefined project states
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and data governance
  • Comfortable working with SQL and technical teams
  • Experience in trading or financial services (nice to have, not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and serverless architecture
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Strong documentation and governance discipline
Preferred Skills
  • Technical background or fluency in data systems
  • Experience in onboarding third-party data sources
  • Familiarity with exchange data and asset control systems
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in monthly business processes
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments with legacy and modern tech stacks
