As Project Director, EMEA, you will work closely with the sales team and the client to understand and execute to the clients’ unique goals and 1) provide leadership, tactical support and guidance to ensure projects are managed with accuracy and follow through; 2) serve as key client contact for projects and initiatives to ensure a successful auction. The Project Director, EMEA will serve as an internal advocate for the client and will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, loyalty, and repeat business.
You will achieve and maintain an expert level of understanding of the Concierge Auctions auction process including our various marketing platforms, contracts, technology, preferred agent program, pricing, and closings. As a subject matter expert, you will analyze and determine the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders in order to recommend and lead auction strategies that are executed by a cross-functional team. You must be able to effectively document, organize, and communicate client needs and expectations to facilitate the team’s ability to successfully formulate and execute detailed project plans. As the Project Director, you will build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating with clients to maintain transparency and around the auction process and manage expectations for the sale.
You, as a Project Director, will be the backbone of each cross-functional project team and feel the heartbeat of every project. You understand how every one of those projects relates back to the larger goals of the brand. You are the champion of “flawless execution” and serve as the ambassador to lead the auction process from launch call to close. The ideal team member is someone who is eternally optimistic, an exceptional communicator, organizational expert and an advocate for cross-departmental integration.
