  • Log new opportunities, convert opportunities into live projects, raise purchase orders, manage project projections and support invoicing.
  • Process client invoices, reconcile subcontractor invoices and maintain purchase order records.
  • Track RFIs, Early Warnings and project deliverables, following up on outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate statutory and client submissions, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain drawing registers and project document management systems.
  • Arrange site visits for staff and subcontractors, preparing supporting documentation and managing follow-up actions.
  • Provide diary management, meeting coordination and general project operations support to senior staff.
  • Manage travel bookings, timesheets, office supplies and document formatting using Microsoft Office.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will provide efficient administrative and financial support across a range of project and operational activities. You will work closely with senior staff and project teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, professionally and in line with organisational values.

Essential Skills andamp; Experience
