We are now looking for a Project Controller and Operations Systems Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As a Project Controller and Operations Systems Co-ordinator, you will provide vital support that underpins both our operational systems and project delivery.

With a split of 70% systems support and 30% project work, youll provide administration support for operations systems management, ensuring all technology and systems work efficiently and effectively to enable the business to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.

You will also provide administrative and super user support on all operating systems, as well as support for staff to complete required project documentation and reporting templates and help compile monthly project reporting. Working alongside project managers, youll help to create realistic schedules and manage the governance of the project to ensure goals and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide helpdesk support, resolving issues and liaising with suppliers
  • Deliver training through webinars, drop-ins, guides and e-learning
  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in line with ISO9001 and GDPR
  • Test and manage system enhancements and fixes
  • Act as the main contact for project management processes and governance
Qualifications
  • Administrative experience in a technical or governance role
  • Experience of liaising with third-party suppliers
  • Experience of managing a software/systems helpdesk
  • Experience of replicating issues and testing fixes
  • Experience in supporting projects
  • Experience using MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Good secondary level of education
  • A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our location)
