An established and growing business near Grantham is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to provide key support to Project Managers on various projects. Project Co-Ordinator – Grantham
Full Time | Monday to Friday | Temporary with potential to become Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and growing business near Grantham as a Project Co-Ordinator. Working as part of a supportive team of 4, you will provide key support to Project Managers on various site-based jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active projects

  • Liaise with various stakeholders across the business and external partners

  • Manage project-related administration

  • Handle emails and telephone communications

  • Organise and maintain project documentation

  • Assist in planning and scheduling of project activities

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Choice of shifts: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm

This is a full-time role with an immediate start available. Initially offered on a temporary basis, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
