Project CAD Coordinator

We are seeking a Project CAD Coordinator to join our client’s busy Pumping Stations department. This role is ideal for someone experienced in 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawing, with a background in mechanical engineering, who is looking to contribute to the design and adoption of pumping stations.

Key Responsibilities of this Project CAD Coordinator role:
  • Convert quoted designs for adoptable pumping stations into detailed technical drawing packs.
  • Submit designs for approval and manage amendments through to final sign-off.
  • Provide support to clients and TT site teams regarding mechanical engineering queries.
  • Ensure designs comply with Local Water Authority specifications and Design Construction Guidance.
Required Skills & Experience for this Project CAD Coordinator role:
  • Strong experience generating 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawings.
  • Practical mechanical engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with Local Water Authority specifications and Design Construction Guidance is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revisions and approvals.
Details of this Project CAD Coordinator role:
  • Salary: £28,000–£32,000 (depending on experience)
  • Holidays: 30 days including statutory, rising to 33 days after 1 year
  • Annual company performance bonus (non-contractual)
