Our client is a well‑established executive search firm with a diverse and prestigious client base spanning the Arts, Finance and Not‑for‑Profit sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support the Head of the Arts practice.

This is a varied and fast‑paced role, ideal for an experienced administrator with strong diary management skills who is looking to further develop their career and potentially progress towards a Personal Assistant role in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diary scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Producing high‑quality documentation and reports
  • Liaising professionally with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and project coordination tasks
  • Anticipating challenges, ‘managing up’ and ensuring the Director is well supported at all times
About You
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, confident and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experienced in diary management and senior stakeholder liaison
