Role Overview

We are seeking an inspirational Progress Tutor to provide high quality and personalised pastoral support to the young people of the College, with the overall objective of securing the best possible academic outcomes for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised pastoral support to students.
  • Advise students on post‑16 progression pathways.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, staff and external agencies.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant subject.
  • Understanding of the Post‑16 educational landscape.
  • Knowledge of progression pathways for Post‑16 students.
