A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Programme Manager to enhance customer experience in a customer experience team. The candidate will be responsible for journey mapping, business improvement plans, and support for the Director with board reports and newsletters. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is crucial, as is a background in improving customer experience in the private sector. This temporary role requires three days per week at the Camden office.
Programme manager required within a customer experience team.
This is a Programme Manager role, who can complete journey mapping, business improvement plans; someone who is very detailed orientated. They will need to support the Director with board reports and customer newsletters. Someone who is strong with Excel and Powerpoint presentations. Someone who understands brand awareness, has possibly been a Business Analyst (not IT kind) in a customer focussed setting.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the private sector improving the customer experience for a strong brand (not marketing).
3 days a week in the Camden office.
