A leading vehicle rental solutions provider in Tees Valley is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the next phases of their Capstone project. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT and business, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new systems. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and be familiar with governance frameworks like Agile or Lean Six Sigma. We're looking for a business‑focused Programme Manager to lead and coordinate activity as we move into the next phases of our Capstone project. This is a key role bridging the gap between IT and the business, influencing how new systems, processes, and ways of working are embedded across our organisation.

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum (based on experience). Annual leave: 24 days plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Public holidays and a birthday day off. Pension: employer contributions of 5%.
