Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead major capital programmes across construction environments. You will drive delivery from governance through to benefits realisation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to achieve client outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior sponsors, ensuring robust governance and timely reporting while managing risks and interdependencies to deliver successful programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programme leadership for large real estate or capital projects.
• Strong governance and controls discipline across complex programmes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior client and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multi-workstream programmes.
• Establish and embed governance, reporting and controls frameworks.
• Lead on risk, interdependencies and benefit realisation across projects.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and present status to governance forums.
• Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and clients.
