Qualifications

Fast-paced real estate programme environment requiring attention to detail and leadership.
Proven experience in programme management with measurable client outcomes.
Familiarity with MSP/PMI frameworks and disciplined governance practices.
Background in construction delivery, procurement routes (NEC, JCT) and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of small to medium transformation/real estate programmes and contribute to large-scale programmes.
Establish and embed governance and control frameworks for programme rigor.
Engage with stakeholders and prepare reports for leadership and governance forums.
Oversee programme logs, reporting, data quality, governance and secretariat duties.
Promote a collaborative One Business culture and support talent development.
