Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate in Programme Management to lead and deliver major capital programmes (£100m+). You will work across government, industrial, life sciences and data centres, driving governance, benefits realisation and client satisfaction.

You will support the Programme Director, build strong stakeholder relationships, manage risks and ensure delivery excellence across multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on commercial and contractual performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale programme management in real estate/construction.
• Ability to prioritise complex programmes across lifecycle.
• Experience in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of NEC/JCT contracts.
• Experience at senior client levels with strong communication.
• Health and safety and CDM knowledge.
• Degree or postgraduate in engineering or construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programme strategy and maintain governance across delivery.
• Lead delivery teams and ensure outcomes against business case.
• Manage commissions, business development opportunities and client partnerships.
• Establish stakeholder engagement frameworks and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain financial oversight and reporting across the programme.
