Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate in Programme Management to lead delivery on £200m+ capital programmes within complex construction environments. You will support the Programme Director, drive governance, and ensure outcomes align with the client’s strategic objectives.

You will work across multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the realisation of benefits, while upholding safety, quality, and commercial standards throughout the programme

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management, including large-scale real estate transformation (£100-£300m+) with demonstrable benefits.
• Ability to prioritise complex programmes and manage lifecycle
• Experience in construction delivery models, procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT)
• Experience operating at senior client levels and communicating data for decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement with third parties and customers
• Committed to talent development and building inclusive teams
• Use of governance, controls and reporting across programmes

Responsibilities

• Deliver the programme vision and drive cohesive delivery across activities.
• Maintain assurance frameworks and robust governance for the programme.
• Manage commissions’ commercial delivery and growth opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders and align decision-making with client strategy.
• Oversee financial governance, reporting and cost control.
• Identify and mitigate health & safety risks across delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor colleagues to grow capability.
