Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Programme Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex business change across multiple sites. You will coordinate operational, technology, process and people workstreams, establishing governance and shared accountability with senior leaders and partners.

You will travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days a week and oversee adoption and benefits tracking to ensure changes become business-as-usual.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex business change or transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering organisational change within a large, geographically dispersed or multi-site business.
• Experience creating integrated programme plans, governance, risk reporting and measurable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business change and transformation programmes across Places Leisure.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and priorities while ensuring changes are embedded into operations.
• Oversee adoption, early-life support and benefits tracking to realise intended outcomes.
