Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, leads complex business change across multiple sites. You will manage end-to-end transformation programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver intended outcomes.

Role requires frequent travel to Leisure sites (2–3 days per week) and a strong focus on governance, risk, and benefits realisation. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive recruitment is noted in the process.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex business change programmes involving multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver organisational change in a large, multi-site operation.
• Experience creating integrated programme plans, governance, risk reporting and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex change programmes across Places Leisure.
• Coordinate operational, technology, process, data and people workstreams with clear governance.
• Oversee adoption, early-life support and benefits tracking to embed new ways of working.
