Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex business change across multiple sites. You will align operational, technology, process and data workstreams, create integrated plans, governance and benefits tracking, and supervise adoption to embed new ways of working.

You’ll work with senior leaders, manage risks and budgets, and travel to leisure sites 2–3 days per week. We value inclusion and offer a supportive recruitment process.

• Significant experience leading complex business change programmes.
• Experience delivering change across multi-site operations.
• Ability to create integrated plans and governance.
