Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex change across multiple sites. You will align operational, technology and people workstreams, manage risks and budgets, and ensure changes become part of business-as-usual operations while collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

The role involves frequent travel to Leisure sites (2–3 days per week) and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex business change or transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering organisational change within a large, geographically dispersed or multi-site operation.
• Demonstrable experience creating integrated programme plans, governance arrangements, dependency maps, risk reporting and executive updates.

Responsabilités
