Job summary

Places Leisure Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes across multiple sites. You will align operational, technology, process and people workstreams with clear governance, benefits tracking and risk management.

The role involves regular travel to Leisure sites (2–3 days per week) and collaboration with senior leaders and external partners to realise intended outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex change or transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering change in large, geographically dispersed or multi-site operations.
• Ability to create integrated programme plans, governance, and dependency maps.
• Experience managing programme budgets and linking decisions to outcomes.
• Experience leading matrix teams across roles, processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes across Places Leisure.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, governance and risk reporting.
• Oversee adoption, benefits tracking and transition to business-as-usual.
• Manage budgets, dependencies and executive updates with senior leaders.
