Our focus is on telling powerful, meaningful stories across the entire brand ecosystem, leveraging all existing and new platforms to inspire, enable and engage athletes while driving brand distinction and business impact. Who you’ll work with: as a Producer in the Brand Creative Digital Studio, your focus will be on telling compelling, hyper‑local, social‑first stories that resonate within our market and beyond. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager to lead the Art Director, Narrative Lead and Social Lead, and external creative partners across all workstreams. Within Nike’s broader Marketing organization, you’ll collaborate with teams across Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance and Procurement, and connect with EMEA City Studios and the Global team to strengthen Nike’s creative network.

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join Nike’s Brand Creative Digital Studio in London. This role is central to bringing powerful, social‑first stories to life across digital, physical and experiential platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative and solution‑oriented, with strong production and project‑management experience. They thrive under pressure, communicate clearly and know how to get the best out of creative partners and teams. A passionate, creative thought partner who gets energized by the process of bringing creative ideas to life, you play a pivotal role and are instrumental in developing and delivering the best creative on behalf of Nike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production across all key workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.
  • Lead execution across multiple mediums, delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer.
  • Commission creative partners—from world‑renowned agencies to up‑and‑coming individuals—expanding upon established industry relationships.
  • Drive best practice and maintain functional excellence, including art buying and creative thought partnership.
  • Manage freelance Producers within the productions you manage, supporting their individual growth.
  • Navigate studio operations, working closely with the Senior Manager to direct traffic, operations and resources.
  • Collaborate on the operational budget, recruitment, contracting freelance talent, software licenses, managing team FTOs and ensuring workload coverage.
  • Communicate clearly, challenge briefs or project scope, prioritize new thinking, simplify complex information and clear obstacles for creative solutions.
  • Bring people together through challenging moments, knowing exactly how to bring out the best in everyone.

  • Ability to manage complex timelines, budgets and deliverables independently.

  • Established relationships in the creative and production industry.
  • Skilled negotiator in art buying, partner sourcing and agency management.

  • Comfort working in a matrix environment across functions.
  • Commitment to staying current with creative technology.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 10‑20%.
