Job summary

Complexio seeks an experienced Operations Team Lead to own production and build systems that scale. You will lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems, shaping processes, leading incidents, building the team, and moving from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

This hands-on role focuses on monitoring, incident management, on-call rotations, and driving observability with SLIs/SLOs while maintaining a blameless culture and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Stability and availability of all live systems.
• Operational readiness for new releases.
• Safe production access and change coordination.
• Own the full lifecycle of incidents with structured response and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability roadmap initiatives.
