Job summary

Complexio is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to own production across live customer systems. You’ll shape reliability, incident response, monitoring, and a culture of accountable ownership.

You’ll design robust processes, lead on-call rotations, and ensure safe production access and change coordination. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll build a scalable operating model, foster strong runbooks, and drive continuous improvement across observability, MTTR, and incident prevention

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own production stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and improve system observability.
• Lead the Operations team and set KPIs.
