Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production across our live customer-facing systems, shaping processes and building a scalable reliability program. This role blends hands-on engineering with team leadership to deliver observable, reliable, and continuously improving platforms.

You will design incident management workflows, runbooks, on-call rotations, and reliability metrics, while growing the team and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Deep hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure, clear in communication.
• Systems thinker, fixes root causes, not symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Production domain: ensure stability and availability of live systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle: detection, response, communication, postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations, escalation paths, and runbooks.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs, MTTR, and reliability roadmaps.
• Grow the Operations team and set clear standards, KPIs.
